Terms and Conditions

We understand that life is not simple and financial matters can change unexpectedly. By joining Durban Actors Studio, you show that you place a high value on the training services we provide, we must ensure our programmes are sound and sustainable and teachers are top of their class. Therefore, we have the below policies in place and we do enforce these conditions to ensure we can continue to provide our training for years to come. As soon as you submit a registration form the below conditions apply.

Durban Actors Studio does not receive any financial subsidy or assistance from any outside organization. We provide our training solely on the income generated from fees and productions. There is no difference between the contract you sign for buying a vehicle or the training contract you sign when joining Durban Actors Studio. If the vehicle contract is not honoured, the vehicle is repossessed. If the training contract is not honoured, training cannot continue – however, in both cases, you remain liable for all fees.

The person who electronically signs and submits the registration form is classed as the “account holder”. They are responsible for all fees pertaining to the training. Failure to read the below is not a reason for conditions to be ignored, waivered or discounted.
